As I said in my post, once the picture is out there, it's out there. JM can do what ever the hell he wants with it. I was just asking him to have a bit of respect for some who thought they were having a private conversation. There is also a big differnece between someone who thinks a moment is private and some one who is drunk at a party with dozens of people.

The point is Jenna Bush has done nothing to you. You only posted the link in a feeble excuse to link her failings to her father. I didn't click on the link, and I won't click on the one provided by Jim, if he chooses to post one.

You can rise above the muck, or you can wallow in it. Whether it's your friends appearance on the webcam, Jenna Bush's drunken party, Paris Hilton's infamous video, or just some website showing the women's dressing room at some store or another, encouraging access to it is a disfavor to those involved. I would hope we could rise above such pettiness here.

I don't know why the production studio web cam was installed in the first place. I'm quite happy with the air studio web cam. The best web cam to be installed would have been a outside web cam, so we can see what's of interest outside the studio. As I recall, we used to have a outside web cam when b.com first started broadcasting. :confused:

The pictures on the link you posted (which was removed by you or the staff) were not funny. Why don't you take pictures of yourself mimicking what you saw on the webcam and put "funny" captions to those.....then you would a star, like that "Star Wars Kid" from previous posts....

Are they going to be fixed? It's been a month since they were working properly.

Finally for the umteenth time when are we going to have the outdoor web cam back, that we used to have??????

Hi Lliam. First off, the cams are refreshing, but due to higher demand since we put the cam on the main page, the image will often revert to a secondary cached image that updates less frequently. Our webmaster is looking into speeding up the process so that everybody gets fresh images more quickly.
As for the outdoor cam, the one you remember (from a couple of years ago) was located in South Florida. We no longer have an office in South Florida, so that camera came here to Hartford, and became the production studio cam. Our engineering staff has looked into an outdoor cam, but for the time being, we haven't been able to adequately weatherproof a camera against our crazy New England weather.
Besides, with the indoor cam, you actually have a chance of catching a glimpse of Mr. Sincere!

Eric, are you sure about the webcams? I thought there was two, one in, Hartford and one in Florida.

When it comes to the weather the British Isles is just as bad, especially when the stormy weather comes in from the north sea, from scandinavia, even so we have outdoor webcams all over the UK.
