I have not used Windows XP very much. Someone I know has it; I think that I don't like it. I know it was designed so that multiple users can use the same computer - like you do at work. Yet, I have run into problems when I am logged on and trying to do something and the PC will just sit there idle for long periods of time. Eventually, it spits out an error message stating that some other user is processing some other task and resources are limited. So its easy for the kids to log in as a user and then walk away without logging out properly.

Well, this page is working OK. Page 1 is complaining that the disk is out of space. So why does page 2 work?

However, from the page 2 comments it appears that XP has been installed and Win98 has been abandoned.

Excellent! <smirkie goes here>

Yes Selma, I finally switched. You must get page 1 to come up. I felt I grovelled sufficiently there.

Page 1 came up today. Don't know why it gave me a "drive full" message yesterday, but now it's quit. Electronics are all FM, anyway.

I'm so glad you have an improved opsys. You'll be ever so much happier now.

I think not.

You'll have to do with the grovelling/sheepish enhancements to my previous post.

Typical soprano, gotta keep pushing....
