Hi Lioness,
Like PSIP said, congratulations on getting on line at home, and glad I could help!
Would I be correct in assuming Omni has a website? That is probably why you're able to post photos from work so easily.
In order to post photos, you need a site on the WWW in which they can be stored. It's called web hosting. In some instances, ISP's will provide it as an accessory with your internet access, or you may have to go and subscribe to a web hosting service, which is what I do. It costs me $100 per year for 200MB of hard drive storage, something like 5 or 7 GB of bandwidth, plus a whole lot of other services which would assist me in building a good website, if I wanted to take the time. Currently, I just use my site to park photos, primarily for posting here.
As for Win98, if you haven't already, it is very important to go to the MS website and download all of the updates for Win98 and IE(which will get you updated to IE6). Don't worry about the foreign language updates. I seem to recall those constitute 32 out of the 48 updates for Win98se. I believe you have a live update button on the Start menu to accomplish that.
