Real Player Plus Question

Why does RPP only show beethoven.com as a 22k stream (and play so)?
I can get to the 96k stream if I come to beethoven.com and go through the real player selections.

Hello Ltspd and welcome to 'The Pit'. If I understand you correctly you only get the 96k stream when you link to RPP through the interface on Beethoven Radio's homepage but when you save the channel in the RPP you only get a 22k feed. I think your player's default setting is for the smaller stream. You might start at RP's help and support link. If I remember you'll be able to access those from the RPP toolbar or from 'my account'.
I used RPP and Rhapsody over the past year and don't recall experiencing this problem. I no longer use them because I didn't use them enough to justify their cost. I always found their support to be effective as well as relatively prompt and that would be where I'd look for my answer.

Your are correct the 22k feed is all that comes when going through RP.
