Hi techie people... this email just didn't look quite right to me.
The three things that red flagged this in my mind are:
1. If it's from b.com, why was it marked as spam?
2. Don't emails from the tech team usually have Chris Larsen's name on them, rather than "beethoven.com technical support team"?
3. I'm ALWAYS suspicious of any unsolicited zip file, you never know what can be in those.... (or if they're really zip files, for that matter)
