Unrequested Logout

On several occasions recently I have found myself unexpectedly logged off the BBB, sometimes in mid-session.
And that is with the "remember me" box ticked.
Not a big hassle to re-login, but has anyone else noticed this minor glitch, and can anything be done about it?

Hello, the most likely culprit is some kind of program running on your computer that is deleting broser cookies (not the nice chocolate chip kind) automatically. If you have an anty-spyware program or anti-adware program, check the settings in there to see how often it runs. Also try adding beethoven.com as a trusted site so that it allows the cookies to stay.
