Good for you, Tim. I completely forgot having done this before. Anyway, the answer is Fantasy on a Hymn Tune By Justin Morgan (well worth searching out), similar to Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis.

From the above offering, I'd say Big got it. Selma and Jeff Dutton also got the answer. Congrats!
