Are the New Servers Slow

Ever since the servers came up after the big outage, page serving speed has been sloooooooow. I'm on a high speed corporate network, so it is very obvious which websites deliver their pages slowly and b.com is now the slowest I routinely visit. Is this a local problem or are others seeing this on their high speed networks?

I have the same problem here. I visit several sites routinely, and B.com runs slower than any of them.

I'm averaging over 10 sec per page here on a good day and that's with Cable modem. I'm a 'left-coaster' so network issues may be a part of it but it is much slower than other sites for me. I'm often reloading pages or exiting and re-entering the site in an effort to facilitate the process

The website has been extremely slow last night and today. I was only able to get on by logging in directly to the bulletin board, bypassing the home page.

This is not a gripe, just an FYI. I'm logging in from home, via satelite, if that makes any difference.

The servers have been really weird today. Sometimes they are blazing fast and sometimes they are as slow as they were when I originally complained.

At the risk of jinxing it, I'll have to say that the servers seem to be running very well the past couple of days. Thanks, Chris and Sarge!

The 'view posts in the last 24 hours' is still not working, however.

It's been wandering all over the place this morning. It started out slower than Morse Code on a straight key, now it's acting like it's all on my local drive.

Is anyone else having wonky performance from the board today? Half the time I click on something it just sits there with a blank screen until it times out. Other times I click and it jumps right to the page.

I've had dismal performance for at least a week. Abysmally slow to the point of timing out.
