The more you post, the more you age. That would make OT the oldest. :owned:

The youngest member just awoke from a nap and is sitting in her crib saying "Baby flying!" and "What you doin'?" over and over. I fear for her doll.

It's good to hear from you in any case.

What can we do here on the bulletin board to lure more of you 'lurkers' into the fray?

I'm not sure what to do about the new lurkers, but for the older ones (i.e. regulars in the past), we could tie them down to a chair and let them listen to Bolero over and over and over again, which would help them recollect memories of the good ol' times in the board. :D :P

Perhaps we could resurrect Hal 9000's Top Ten Polls? I would love to see those polls resurface.

First, there are still many Top 10 polls that were recommended in that extensive list of Hal's, that have yet to be done.

Of course, I don't want a patent infringement lawsuit on Hal 9000's Top Ten threads on my hands. :)

I did resurrect a top 10, and got 3 responses including my own. I didn't bother to publish the results.

Thanks for the welcome, Shapley! And I see that Scott has lined up some Handel, just for me...

Re: Welcome.

OT used to be the official greeter, but he's fallen down on the job lately. :D We'll have to dock his pay.

B.com has been batting about .333 on my requests lately, at least during my listening hours :( . I believe this is because I've been trying to request some different pieces, to reduce the repetition that sometimes bogs down the playlist, IMHO. I try to request some Kreisler, Lanier, Morricone, etc., but it's not always in the playlist, or they don't want to go to the basement and dig it out, so they just play Cuban Overture and hope I'll shut up. :)

I had requested Colin Matthews' Pluto in recognition of that former-planet's recent demotion, but they either failed to play it or I missed it. Did anyone hear it played here?
