Hi, elefie! I hope this posting becomes a bad habit, and you take OperaTenor's crown away from him!

Hey! speaking of bad habits, I think I passed barfle. No wonder I've worn my finger tips off.

Shap tho..... he's sneaky. He posts on weekends.

Elefie, this is a shot in the dark, but, do you like corn on the cob?

I'm not real sure what happened there. Piq and Shap suddenly overtook me. It's not like I'm getting any more work done. :kickcan:

And Selma's gaining on me. :sing:

Methinks my shot in the dark missed. I'm acquainted with another pianist from Phoenix who uses a kid eating corn on the cob for her avatar. I thought you might be her.

I was beginning to feel another dose of how small the world is coming on, but I guess it was just a false alarm.

Welcome to the pit Elefie, as OT would say. Or in the case, to keep in tune with this particular thread, welcome to the fishbowl !

Good to hear that you might be a regular poster.

How long have you been playing piano, and what are some of your favorite piano works to play?

thank you for the welcome...
I've been playing piano for 16 years now, and I love playing Beethoven's works (ironically enough). I have small hands and his works are better suited to smaller hands (unlike chopin, or rachmaninoff, etc...). But I play mostly for myself these days... :)

Do you provide air fare to Canada? *grin*
I actually played at my Aunt's wedding in April...and I take requests so long as I have advance notice to learn them...my sight reading skills aren't as good as they used to be...
