This board needs a singing emoticon. There's one that's called "sing" :sing: but it looks more like "who, me?"/whistling-while-trying-to-look-innocent.

Mine is cheap CD recording that I actually found at Walmart, that I bought as an impulse purchase. :D Wal-mart maybe has 3 or 4 CD's in their section of "classical" music, which is just lumped into the "Easy Listening" section. :(

Anyways, it's by the London Philharmonic Orchestra & Choir, conducted by Walter Suskind. It's on the Madacy Label, which has very affordable recordings of classical music. I also have Vivaldi's 4 Seasons on this label, and have yet to hear a 4 Seasons recording that matches or surpasses the one I have. :owned:

But very few of them post on the Board. WHY NOT?!

If they are on dial-up they won't hang around long. The performance of this forum is dismal on dial-up. I often can't even get a whole thread to display before the server times out.

I have an idea about the newbies. Drop them a PM. Show what a friendly group we are, and invite them to play in our sandbox.\

It would great if a general PM from BBB could be sent to all users (old and new) to invite them to join "The Pit".

A machine sending out an automated message, which is a feature in almost every internet forum, is not as friendly as a real person welcoming you, IMHO. :)

Hi Everyone...

Hope you have all been doing well....

I had an eventful summer......
Was sick for the month of July....
started getting better in August......

then I had an accident with an electric hedge clipper.....
sliced through the tip of my right pointer finger, about 1/4 inch into the nail .......ouch.....
Was told since I was left handed I was lucky...
I then made the image of playing a trumpet. Fingering with my right hand....... no comment on their expressions.....
Well my hand has now healed and I threw my back out......
:banghead:

On top of that .... been slammed here at work....
need a BIG VACATION.....

Will try and catch up.....

good to be back :D
