I posted the previous message to roll the page over.

Recap:

Non-Italian European Composer born before 1685.

Non-Orchestral work composed between 1700 and 1755. No keyboard instruments or vocals.

If I might, I want to add a disclaimer. I said the piece is non-orchestral, although it may possibly be classed as such. I believe the answer to be 'no', but I won't swear to it.

It wasn't a 'gimme'. I was asked if it was post 1755 (no) and if it was a 16th century work (no), which would place it between 1700 and 1755.

Actually that question said 17th century.

I was going to comment on that as well Shap. Thank you for the 'gimme'.

But I knew 'eagle eyes' Nav would catch that as well. It didn't eliminate anything that might have been composed prior to the 17th Century.

We don't want to sound ungrateful Shap! So, thank you very much.

Okay, My mistake. It was a gimme. And yes, the question was 17th century (1600's), my error once again.

Composer is either Austrian or French.
