Yes, it is. I should have asked if it was the Roman Trilogy (Pines of Rome, Fountains of Rome and Roman Festivals), since the three symphonic poems combined would make it a suite. Navneeth leaned toward NO when asked if it was a symphonic poem but wasn't 100% sure and you did not specifically have Roman Trilogy in your post, so I thought I'd ask.
