27. No. It is not technically classified as chamber music. To me, anything with more than 1 instrument but less than what would be considered orchestral could be identifiable as chamber music.

I'll elabarote a bit on that. It is a work originally created as its own, and is often performed on it's own. However, this work was eventually used as a replacement to a portion/part within a larger work of Franck's.
