Is it the Panis angelicus for tenor, organ, harp, cello & bass?

Yes, indeed it is!

Since I'm still a newcomer, I'm wondering... what happens if, after 30 questions, we still can't determine the composer/composition?

It's happened a few times. *ig and Navneeth, and perhaps someone else have gotten 'stumpers' that were never solved. They usually give a time limit after the 30 questions are up for someone to come up with a guess, and then they just reveal the composition.
