Well, I'm striking out, but I'll take a shot in the dark.

I'm going to guess that it is the Concertino for Piano and Orchestra in G Opus 73, although I'm not sure that a 'concertino' is not, by definition, a 'concerto'.

Tell me whether the answer to the following query is a 'Yes'.

Is the piece a septet?

If it is indeed a septet, my guess: Septet for piano, flute, oboe, horn, viola, cello & double bass (or for piano quintet) in D minor, Op. 74

True, we have to wait for Hex.

Because it is numbered between Opus 34 and 84, it would have to be composed between 1810 and 1820. I picked those numbers because they split the latest timetable of 1800-1820 neatly in two. I used this list to find works that fit the description. I neglected the septet, even though it is right next to the one I picked, because I didn't pick up on 'Pf' as apparently being 'pianoforte', since they spell out the word 'piano' in the other listings.
