What do I do... Pick a work and then post it as #58 and wait for the questions?

Once I get 30 questions, is the game over?

Yup, you got exactly. Once the 30 questions have been asked, if it gets to that, you can set a time limit for individuals to submit their final "guess" of the work.

Also you can look at Nav's post for History of the 30Q, to make sure you don't pick a work that's already been done. :P
