WMP crashing listening to Beethoven.com

As I type, the stream's been going for nearly 12 minutes without interruptions. But last night, I had the problem somewhere around the 23rd minute. So I'll keep you posted if something's wrong. :)

Unfortunately the WMP stream is still not "up". I also still cannot connect this morning... same as yesterday

Ohhh what to do??? No Beethoven Radio while I work!!

Hope the techs at your provider can fix this issue soon...

Here's an update:

We had a sound card die on us. The IT Staff is working on it right now and we hope to be at 100% within the hour. Some may see the stream back up and running, others still may have issues. We also may find a bug or two we need to address as we move forward. But we hope to be back up at 100% shortly.

The forum performance is really poor today too. This is the only website giving me problems. Are you sure you are not having server issues?

Just tried to get on from home with FIOS - it's all chopped up. A minute or so of music, then silence, then maybe music, then "Buffering."

The Stream is still very choppy.....

WMP says "Buffering" then it eventually will come back.....
and continue to be choppy......

Still the same...stops after a few seconds(sometime minutes) and says 'Loading(100%)...'. Using Real Player.

Hello!

I just got into work and see we are still having trouble! Great. When I left yesterday the IT folks were still working on the problem. Once I track them down I'll post the latest update.

The website issues (not the streaming issues) but the website problems should be fixed now. On top of all that happend with the stream we had a webserver crash too yesterday. But that should be fixed.

I need a drink after all this is over. :pray:

Update!

We are stumped... we have switched encoders, servers, sound cards... everything! And we have no idea why the stream is acting up. So.... we do have a fix that is being installed. It means we are borrowing from our sister station WCCC (thanks guys) but once we do our rewiring etc we should be back up to full spead by 11AM. Keep your fingers crossed!

The strange thing I've experienced is when I click on my desktop...
it seems to sometime interfere with the stream... very strange........

Anyone else have that issue?
