recap: composer born in Europe but not in Portugal, Spain, France, The UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Denmak, Germany, Italy, Czechslovakia, Hungary, Sweden, Austria, or Switzerland, before 1898. composer suffred from specific health problem.

the piece was composed in the 20th century, and has one or two instruments. one stringed instrument is featured, but it is not cello or guitar. doesn't accompany stage production.
