LB's cello concertos don't have 1, 2, 3 numbers, they only have opus numbers that start with G.

The new rule is if it remains unsolved, the last person to make a guess or last person to ask a question (if no guesses) inherits the next 30Q.

Naxos has them numbered:

Naxos listing for Boccherini Cello Concertos

I"m not sure who assigned them numbers. The B flat major G-482 concerto is No. 9.

G-476, his other well-known concerto (D major), is No. 7. That was the one I was working toward with my leading line of questions.

Thanks for that info, Shap. Eliminated are #9 , G 482 in B-flat major, and #10, G483, Op.34

So, there are 12 Cello Concertos, according to Naxos.

That leaves possibly # 1 to 8, and # 11 and # 12, since it seems they are all in "major" keys. :shock:
